Finance Data & Process Analyst

LIONPRO is looking for a Finance Data & Process Analystwho wants to combine accounting expertise with work on finance systems, data quality, and process development. In this role, you will be one of the key specialists ensuring financial data quality, supporting our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, and driving accounting process automation across the Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, ensure the quality of, and migrate financial master data for our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
• Validate and reconcile financial data between legacy systems and SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support automation of the accounts payable invoice process by contributing to workflow configuration, testing, and refinement.
• Analyse data quality and process issues, identify root causes, and work with Finance, Data/BI, and other business teams to resolve them.
• Prepare data migration files, maintain the required documentation, and ensure full traceability of changes.
• Participate in SAP testing by preparing test scenarios and data, documenting results, and supporting a successful system rollout.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with ERP or other finance systems and analysing financial data, along with an understanding of accounting and finance operations processes.
• Understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes, supplier invoice processing, and financial data quality management.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience working with large structured data sets (including Power Query, SQL, or similar data tools).
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and the ability to spot and resolve data discrepancies.
• A structured way of working and the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and other business teams.
• Good command of English for working in an international environment.

Considered an advantage:

• Experience with ERP implementation or migration (SAP in particular);
• Experience with OCR solutions or accounts payable process automation.
